 Time to get in on one of the latest and very successful ways to nymph fish.  European style nymphing is catching on very quickly in the U.S., and you can be part of it.

Cortland has brought us the Competition MK I Rod Series used exclusively for Euro-nymphing.  The rod is built from high-modulus ultra-sensitive graphite blanks and are weighted toward the butt to help maintain the perfect 45-degree angle with your wrist.  It is a matte black finish that helps dampen vibration and prevent shock waves while presenting a fly.  It includes Black single-foot guides  which are oversized for easy leader knot transfer.  The handle is thin with an ergonomic taper to allow putting a finger along the blank for feeling the slightest strikes.  This is a 4-piece rod which includes a hookkeeper and fighting butt with hard cork bottom.  Comes with cloth rod sock and optic orange rod case for easy location.
